Cornerstone Soccer Academy has a strict fee policy. One player’s acceptance has the effect of potentially denying another player an opportunity to play on a competitive team. Additionally, costs accrue to the Club for services provided to the team based on player headcount. Fees for participation in the club cover the entire soccer year.
A player who registers with Cornerstone Soccer Academy is bound to playing at Cornerstone Soccer Academy for the entire seasonal year (spring, summer and fall seasons) and must meet the financial obligations associated with playing.
Requests for release or refunds must be presented in writing to the Director of Operations.
No player will be released from Cornerstone Soccer Academy, unless all club fees are paid in full.
Refunds: No refunds, partial or full, will be made to select players who choose not to participate at any point after registration, with the following exceptions:
-Players moving a significant distance during the season may be eligible for a refund, with the amount to be determined on a case by case basis.
Player refunds are handled on a case by case basis.
Delinquent Payments: All fees must be made on the payment due date. Any payments that are delinquent may be cause for a player to be suspended from Cornerstone Soccer Academy activities.
Returned Checks: Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee.
Outstanding Balance: Players will not be placed on a team’s roster or allowed to participate in any camp/clinic until the payment portion of the registration has been completed and recorded.
Players that are behind on their academy/select participation fees and/or have an outstanding balance for any previous tournaments, camp, clinic, training, futsal etc. will not be allowed to participate in additional programs until the delinquent balance has been satisfied.
By accepting a position on an Academy/Select team, I fully understand the yearly commitment, including time required, distance I will be required to travel, travel related expenses, participation fees and all other CSA Policies and Procedures.
